to use in the industry is Ginormous! According to comScore this July, 187.4 million Americans watched 48.5 billion online videos.
The most-watched television event in the history of the United States, the 2012
Super Bowl got only 111.3 million
Americans to tune in. At this very second as you watch this
video more than half all mobile traffic on
planet Earth is online video. You’re surrounded by streaming video and
it’s not just cute cat clips and boy-band tributes. Forbes Insights and a little outfit by
the name of Google got together and surveyed executives at companies with over 500
million dollars in annual revenue. It turns out, busy adults like video
too! Seventy-five percent of executives said
they watched business related videos every week. Sixty-five percent had visited a vendor
because of a video. And over 50 percent, shared business
videos with colleagues. Like I was saying, the opportunity, is Ginormous!
