Last days of Ezio Auditore, 1524. Assassin’s Creed Embers. AC Recollection on iPad

Assassin’s Creed Embers Si I’m taking Marcelo into town. To see Machiavelli’s play ? Ezio, he’s play closed three weeks ago. I missed it. We are visiting your sister. Keep an eye of Flavia, ok ? Si, of course. We will be back soon.
Ciao amore mio. (good bye, my love) A piu tardi.
Be safe. Flavia tesoro,
stay where I can see you. Leave her alone! Lei gentili papa. Go inside, Flavia. I do not know what else to say.
I’m sorry. I do not want any part of this. I want to understand. Understand what ? How to lead,
to rebuild my order. No! For me that is over. Finito.
I think you should go. Ezio, she has come a long way. Shao Yun. Did I say that right ? Would you stay for supper. Gra-zie! Good. We have a spare bedroom.
You’re welcome to stay a few nights. Are you okay ? I can not seem to leave my past behind me. I started this act of my life so late, Sofia. I knew I would not have enough time
to do everything. Now I worry I do not have enough time
to do anything. Yun! Shao Yun! – Get out!
– The wind… it opened the door. Fuori! I was wrong. I see, I think you need to go. My name is Ezio Auditore when I was a young man I had liberty but I did not see it. I had a time but I did not know it. And I had love but I did not feel it. It would be thirty long years, before I understood
the meaning of all three. I want to understant like you do,
to help my people. I was an assassin for a long time, Yun. And I know that any moment
someone could come for me, for my family. Do you see. This is why I must be careful. I usually hired people to help me with vendange,
the grape harvest, but… Entra. Let us get something to eat. I would be lucky if this
lasts three seasons. This way.
I want to show you something. It is nice, no ? Piena di vita. Half of my family
was murdered in this piazza Right there. Forty-five years ago. But now, see it like that,
full of life … I can not help
but feel content. Satisfied and so much pain
has faded away. The life of an assassin is pain, Yun. You suffer it, you inflict it,
you watch it happen. If they hope, that
you can help it disappear in time. Terrible irony! And there you go. All right, Time to drag this old man
man back to his villa. Yun, Andiamo! Hurry. It was my mentor’s wish to meet you. We Left China together.
In secret. But these men, they
caught him in Venice. Who are they ? Servants of the Emperor Jing Ji. I was born a concubina. My mentor freed me
when I was young. We returned later to save
more girls, but they were … The Emperor is a cruel man. He prefers Lingchi to the heading. Lingchi Slow process… many thousand cuts. And then death. Pack some bags,
you must stay at Machiavelli’s tonight What happened ? A misunderstanding. Give me just a moment. When I fought the Borgia, revenge drove me forward. And my first impulse
was to Aim for the head. In time, however, I learned that those
who inspire fear have more devoted followers
than those who breach love. Killing Rodrigo and Cesare
would have accomplished nothing without some equal measure of fraternity. So, I spent many years teaching
men and women think and act for themselves. First in Roma
then Constantinopli. Love binds our order together. Love of people,
of cultures, of the world. Fight to preserve that
which inspires hope and you will win back you people. It will take a long time. Long time! If you do it right, si.
Get some rest. Hurry It is a long way home, no? Much to see along the way. Thank you, Mentor. Here.
This may be of use one day. No, only if you lose your way. You should go. We will be back just after dark You should have stayed home. I’m home. We will be right over here. Il diavolo!
I hate this damn city. I wish I was in Roma. I heard the women there are … like currants in wine,
you know. Not like here, Firenze. – I don’t think Firenze is your problem.
– Prego? Coraggio vecchio. Get some rest. When I was a young man I had liberty but I did not see it. I had time but did not know it. And I had love but I did not feel it. Many decades would pass before I understood
the meaning of all three. And now, in the twilight of my life, this understanding has passed into ccontainment Love, liberty and time .. … once so disposable are the fuels that drive me forward. And love especially,
mio caro. For you, our children, our brothers and sisters. And for the vast and wonderful
world that gave us life. And keeps us guessing. Endless affection, mio Sofia. Forever yours Ezio Auditore. I am Alex68, my channel: gaming and fun: http://www.youtube.com/user/alex68acmp

  1. – Ezio
    – Edward
    – Altaïr
These are the assassins that made the Assassin's creed serie one of the best videogame tales ever created. I also add Cesare Borgia, Haytham and Shay in the villain's side. With all the due respect to all the other characters these are the ones that made this saga LEGENDARY!

  2. What was that man on the bench? I think is somebody like young Ezio, but i dont know. Is he son from one of the Templar?

  3. Ezio is dead but remember the legend never dies I hope there is a game in which every assassin will be with Desmond in future

  4. "This is where we come from…this is where we born…For the coming generation..who ll remember our actions and words which will give them meaning of life and death …But it will not matter to anyone…When we just don't be in that situation ourselves..Thats whats this all about "-UNKNOWN

  5. Must've watched this video and hundred times. When ever I reach 15:33 I always think the same thing………he died one badass old man.

  6. Probably the best assasin to ever be made. We saw him being birthed, we saw him as a teen, we saw him become an Assasin, we've watched his adulthood, and now his end. Requiescat en pace Ezio Auditore la Firenze

  7. cheap ending we should've played as ezio one last time and then have one last objective to sit on a bench ONE LAST TIME

  8. No matter what anyone says Ezio is the best even Ubisoft knows this. like what other Assassin has three games? Also side note in syndicate the Assassin evie makes a comment saying how ezio was the greatest Assassin when Jacob was getting full of himself and calling him self the best. Fun fact

  9. My son: Dad what is an assassins creed ?
Me: Sit down son, I'm gonna tell you about 2 legends.

Rip Altair & Ezio, you'll always have a special place in my heart . ♥️

  10. When I was a young man, I had liberty, but I did not see it. I had time, but I did not know it. And I had love, but I did not feel it.
Technically these words are correct. When we are young. We have liberty but we spend so much by learning instead of enjoying.
We have time but that time is ticking. We never know when it will be the last breath that we take and go out from this world.
We have love. We love our family, friends, girls, wifes and kids. But it's never enough. Cause you cannot give it enough that you'll see them getting old.
Sadly mortals we are. We wish so hard to reach our goals in our lives. But the life is unpredictalbe.
Love, liberty and time. Those 3 small things. Yet huge that doesn't last forever.

  11. Born in Firenze
    Died in Firenze
    Lived with family
    Died with family
We all stuck with him from birth to death
Requiescat in pace, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, for you will not be forgotten

  12. I actually disagree for once, in the face of criticism for Ubisoft’s decision making, that this is a horrible send off for Ezio. This short film symbolises the shortness of an assassins life. Thinking about it to our standards, 65 for a master assassin with so much story to tell? Far too f-ing sort. But that’s the point. Many people great and small are taken before their time while they had plans in the words. It humanises an immortal. And it’s in the script ‘now I worry I don’t have enough time to do anything’. It also deals with the life of an assassins what with it never being over. He tried to retire to a villa and have a family but in the end the Templar’s still found him and he could still fight and did fight – saying that he never swore off the violence and muscle memory. True we ought to see more to do with his story BEFORE embers like comic books or short stories, but this is fitting for Ezio’s END. But it’s what he wanted as well. So much pain in his life had slowly shifted away with time. Seeing his family hanged before his eyes, his mother hardly talking until his passing, all sorts, suddenly he had a life of true peace. To pass gently and have his torch passed on to someone worthy and young but mature enough to understand the bigger aspects at play. Not many people in such a dangerous lifestyle live very long nor do they experience any pleasure or peace in their passing. Ezio is very lucky and it’s very respectful to his memory and impact on the franchise and a worthy send off.

  13. One thing that was cool was this series of AC was the language. I'm sure some learned a bit of the Italian language. Though I noticed something, did Leonardo make more than one painting of the Mona Lisa? Cause it was right there in that one room.

  14. Ezio lived and breathed not knowing the full extent of his actions, and the impact it would have. Yet he died peaceful and content accepting his fate.R.I.P Ezio Auditore

  15. Thing is owning that vineyard is probably what killed him, he was a healthy guy and in great shape, there was a disease around that time that showed up in vineyards, and winemakers would usually contract it and get sick, there wasn’t much anyone could do besides getting medicines or avoiding the vineyard altogether

  16. I mean, technically Ezio could be brought back to life with that artifact from Syndicate, right? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

  17. It amazes me that ubisoft used to know how to make a character/game that was so good that would make people cry when their favorite character died and make the players emotionally attached to the antagonist. In my opinion the recent assassins creed games havent felt like a assassins creed game. Odyssey is set in greek but the only thing that could make a assassins creed is that there is (spoiler alert) Atlantis which us found in a building that looks just like the one thay were in during assassins creed 2. I dont really know of any more resemblances to an assassins creed game.

  18. not gonna lie, this made me cry a bit. i grew up with assassins creed, playing the games on my xbox as i went through them year by year. to see one of my greatest and favorite assassins grow old and die broke my heart, but also reminded me of simpler times. thank you ubisoft.

  19. "When I was a young man, I had liberty, but I did not see it. I had time, but I did not know it. And I had love, but I did not feel it. Many decades would pass before I understood the meaning of all three. And now, the twilight of my life, this understanding has passed into contentment.

Love, liberty, and time: once so disposable, are the fuels that drive me forward. And love, most especially, mio caro. For you, our children, our brothers and sisters. And for the vast and wonderful world that gave us life, and keeps us guessing. Endless affection, mia Sofia.

    Forever yours,
    Ezio Auditore."

  20. Well ac 2 and brotherhood is a masterpiece (i don't play revalations)but my first ac is rouge and Shay was a interesting character. Ezio story's good but his characther meeh… i don't like him very well(again i don't play revalations so i don't know how his character evolved good to bad) but I understand everyone why Ezio is the favorite assassin. My favorite is shay (yes i know shay later became a templar but that thing i like him)

  21. No matter what the others say about Ezio Auditore da Firenze
No assassin will ever surpass him.
The most cunning and loved assassin there is in the Assassin's Creed world.
He will be the one and only respected assassini of all time

  22. @9:56, you know what makes this scene give me the goosebumps, its how she makes Ezio stand down. Through out Ezio's life as an Assassin he has stood in front of the innocents, shielding them and letting them know that he was there to protect them from danger and now this once brave warrior stands in the footsteps of those innocents, shielded by the brotherhood he created and made strong as an Assassin. This moment is the outcome of what he has worked for his entire life.

  23. maybe he is a fictional character, but he is like a friend to me. knowing him for years, since birth to his death.
I'm just just playing Ezio only

  24. Who was the assassin speaking to Ezio's daughter? She looks like Rebecca but then rebecca only existed in modern day

  25. I heard his first breath
    I saw his first moving
    I lived his life
I fall in love for the first time
    I saw his family died
I saw his first love died
I saw his very close friend died
    I Saw him dead inside
    I heard his last breath

What you expect from me? I'm happy that he just died in peace but he just died. I'm not going to get him back godd he was my first feelings tho I've never felt that love, pain, fear before.

  26. I am emotional after watching this I am from Pakistan one day insallah I visit Firenze Italy where his grave is
