Animated Explainer Videos Tutorial- Importing Images in Animaker


Animated explainer videos rely quite a lot on images because they can capture of the audience. This is why they are using various forms of marketing such as social marketing tv ads, google ads, and much more. In this tutorial I will teach you how to import Animaker backgrounds, and your very own backgrounds into your animated explainer videos. So let’s begin. Go to animaker.com, and sign up. Once you have logged in, you will need to click on the launch now button. After you click the launch now button, You will see a blank template. It’s on the left side of your screen. Click on it After the project loads, click on the background icon. It’s on the right side of your screen. Scroll down until you see this image right here. Click on it. Once you click on the image, you will see that it will appear in your Animaker project. The next thing you want to add to your animated explainer videos, are the property images that are featured in Animaker. Click on the property window. Which is located on the right side of your screen. Once you do that, you will need to scroll down. You will find an image of a desk. Click on it. The cool thing about using an Animaker property image just like this one in your animated explainer videos. is that you can view from various angles. For example, I can view this desk from the front view, the back view, and the side view. For this demonstration, I will just stick to the back view. The next thing you need to do is to scroll down and find the window image. Once you find you will need to click on it. Once you image appears on the Animaker project, I want you to right click on that image. When you right click it, I want you to click the move to back button. When you do this, the window will be moved behind the table. This is very important because sometimes you want to have some images behind certain ones. So by doing this it will save you time. The next thing I want you to do is to right click the window image. Now this time, click the bring to front button. When you do this the window will be brought before the table. For now I decided to place the window behind the table, by right clicking and pressing the move to back button. The next step is to add some characters into this Animaker project. What I want you to do is to click on the character icon. You will find on the right side of your screen. Once you click on it the character menu will appear, click on the lady. Drag her to the left side of your screen. Now click the smiling man. You can find him right next to the lady character. After doing this, I decided to move the character towards the right side of the screen. After doing this, I decided to click the scene button. You can find it on the left side of your screen. Once you click you will see a new scene appear underneath scene 1. Now that you know how to use the Animaker backgrounds in your animated explainer videos. I will now teach you how to import your very own backgrounds for your next video. The next thing you need to do is to download my Animaker animation background package. Once you get there, you will need to download it. And once you download the project. You will unzip the file, and then you will file that is named animated background package. Once you find it, then you can continue following along in this tutorial. When uploading an image to Animaker. it is always best to upload a high resolution transparent png. The reason why you want to do this is because you will be able to layer different images on top of each other. Now that you know that. We can proceed to the next step. I want you to scroll to the right side of your screen, and click the upload button. When you click on the upload button, the upload menu will automatically appear. You will need to click the upload button. Which is right here. Find the Animaker background folder, and then upload the background into Animaker project. Once you have uploaded the background image into your Animaker project. You will need to select the category. I want you to place it in the background category. Now click the upload button, and upload the bear image to the Animaker project. Once its uploaded, You will place the cartoon into the character category. You will repeat this process for the remaing two images. in the Animaker background folder. Now scroll down to the background category, and click on the background. Once you have done that, You will add all three characters to the Animaker project. You can do this by clicking on each character.
